Amazing Animal Sculptures Made Entirely Out of Pipe Cleaners

Lauren Ryan, a California based artist is weaving life-size animal sculptures completely out of pipe cleaners. Ryan has a passion for animals and is using her hobby to make sculptures of some of her favourite and endangered species. She has made different sculptures including those of polar bears, wolves, horses, leopards and foxes.

Lauren tells that each sculpture takes an average of 40 hours to make. She generally uses the most common pipe cleaner size, around 6mm wide, 12 inches long, found in most stores. Lauren refuses to use glue considering it as a cheating. Lauren has been playing with pipe cleaners since the age of twelve.
