Yacht Inspired Caravisio Caravan Concept Is Your Ultimate Off-Road Camper

Yacht inspired Caravisio Caravan Concept tipped as The Caravan of the Future was designed and manufactured by German company Knauss Tabbert in order to revive the declining interests in caravan travelling. More than 20 different companies and industry experts came together to put this idea of futuristic caravan on the road in two years’ time.

Unlike several other box-like caravans and campers available in the market, Caravaiso Caravan is more of a motor home with high end amenities offering comfort and luxury as that of a yacht.

Inspired by the design of luxury yachts, the Caravisio’s super aerodynamic exterior shell maximizes fuel efficiency and overall performance. The caravan, which is 9m (29.5ft) long and 2.5m (8.2ft) wide is packed with sophisticated technology that allows the travelers to control various in-house features via an iPad, truly making it the caravan of the future.

Inside the caravan, are two single beds arranged in V-shape that can be turned into a large double bed with the help of mattress extension. This sleeping area is covered with a large panoramic window allowing natural light to flood in and offering scenic respite to the inmates. The rear of the living room opens to a fold-out deck, inspired by the salon of a yacht to allow you to stay connected with the nature while being inside.

The Caravisio’s manufacturers boasts its multifunctional living area that can be easily rearranged into a comfortable lounge for relaxing or a full functional work station, thanks to its ergonomic furniture. Laptops and other devices can be charged via electrical hook-ups available inside. Caravisio caravan features a more spacious bathroom with an intelligent water management system that can be controlled with a touch-screen display.

Essential elements of both interior and exterior of the caravan can be centrally controlled with a smartphone app. For example, the entire caravan can be lowered to ground for loading by altering the air suspension with a touch of your iPhone. The appearance of glass panes on the rear door can be altered from clear to frosted with the help of this app. With the frosted-glass setting, the glass panes can serve as projection screen for the ceiling-mounted HD projector.

Finger scan door locking system is another highlight of this yacht inspired Caravisio Caravan Concept providing you the ultimate security while you are on the go for a comfortable and luxurious retreat.
