DJI’s all new Osmo Pocket is world’s smallest 3-axis motion stabilized 4K Camera
The smallest handheld stabilizer, the Osmo Pocket, is DJI’s newest product. As it names suggests, it is lightweight and quite compact. It is more closely designed on the technology borrowed from the camera, and gimbal found in DJI’s smaller drones, like the Mavic Air.
The new gimbal equipped camera is capable of shooting a 4K shake-free video at up to 60 fps at 100 Mbps and features dual microphones for recording audio. It is merely four and a half inches tall and is the world’s smallest 3-axis stabilized camera. It also captures 12-megapixel images. It offers a sensor size of 1/2.3-inch with a battery life of around 120 minutes. Its overall weight is barely above 4 ounces (approximately 116 grams), thus making it an all-in-one device that you can take anywhere. When the device is turned off, the camera is tilted by the gimbal on one end so that it can fit into a small case that easily slides into a pocket.

The Osmo Pocket offers a tiny touchscreen of one-inch. The users can toggle through settings or frame their shots in that one-inch touchscreen, but it also provides the option for the users to view it on a bigger screen by plugging their Android phone or iPhone using the company’s new app. The app also offers more granular controls. Many accessories will also be sold for the Osmo pocket.
