Iceco’s portable refrigerator iFreezer will keep food & drinks chilled on the go

Fresh food, chilled drinks and non-melted chocolates in a car is everyone’s dream. A lot of companies worldwide have taken good enough care to make the dream come true as latest SUVs and crossover cars are coming with an installed fridge in them which serve the purpose good. But what about the middle ranged, not so latest cars and SUVs? Do they have the same feature? Not all will agree. There’s no need to wonder anymore as iFreezer Go20 is now in markets.

The iFreezer is designed by Iceco and it is a compact, sleek in design and easy to carry refrigerator which can carry your food, drinks and even chocolates keeping all these fresh and ready to be eaten wherever you are on the road. The design of iFreezer Go20 is compatible with a variety of vehicles and it’s neither too big nor too small and has perfect dimensions which according to Iceco, took years of development and motivation.

The fridge can be powered by 12V outlet from the car’s dash. iFreezer come with two compartments and each of the compartment can be set to different temperatures ranging from 0 to 50F which can be adjusted quickly either via a smartphone app or a touch panel imbedded on the lid. The freezing temperature can be reached as quickly as 15 mins when the meter is set to MAX. If you want to use all the refrigerating space for a single type of object, you can remove the divider. Iceco claims you can rack 9 bottles of wine or 20 cans of beer in the compartment when the divider is removed. So if you are out on a fishing trip and need your drinks to be chilled at all times, iFreezre is your pal.

With its dimensions of 22 x 13 x 12 inches it might not be an ultimate refrigerating device for your food and drinks both but it can be used as a secondary fridge for keeping smaller stuff like cans and candies. Go20 weighs around 11kg which makes it easy to be carried from your house to the car and from there to the fishing area. Iceco has put a 62400 mAh battery pack which keeps it running for about 6 hours outside the car and also has a USB port which could be used to charge other devices too which can come in handy quite frequently.

The retail price tag is aimed to be set at US$799 but the Go20 can be purchased at half that amount through Indiegogo campaign so the interesting parties can now claim their Go20 for about US$399 and hit the picnic.
