IKEA and Sonos partnered to integrate a speaker into a tabletop lamp

The speakers categorized as bookshelf speaker cost around 99 USD and Symfonisk table lamp cost around 179 USD would be available in the market in this August. These devices can be controlled from Sonos app that let these speakers to be entirely assimilated as the portion of the multi-room audial setup.
According to the CEO of Sonos, Patrick Spence, these products would be able to offer something in the market that both firms are proud of. The Global Business Leader of IKEA, Bjorn Block also added that both companies, IKEA and Sonos, have given their best to make these products. Spence proposed that the audio performance of the lamp must be similar to the speaker One of Sonos that cost around 199 USD. The speaker has a button on its body to control the light. The bulb is not included in the box of the lamp; therefore, a user has to buy it separately.
Block added that the smart home app of IKEA would incorporate the control of the music for speakers that allows users to make scenes that feature in a lamp, smart blind of IKEA and any tubers a user own. The user would no longer need an alarm clock as the lamps can wake the people with its loud music speakers. The speaker of Sonos can be controlled by iHeartRadio, Spotify and other apps.
Sonos has made the smallest speaker ever, which is a bookshelf speaker. It is quite unsure for many people how a small speaker can offer mind-blowing music sound. Though, Spencer confirmed that this speaker won’t box relatively the similar bass punch as the regular models of the company.
