Nuclear Attack? Natural Disaster? No Fears! You Can Stay Safe Inside This Luxury Survival Condo
The master-mind behind this bizarre Survival Condo Project is Larry Hall who is an American Engineer and a Software Developer. This project reflects Larry’s proactive approach to prepare for any unforeseen event that might happen in the near future. In this modern age of uncertainty where threats of any kind of natural or nuclear disaster are looming ever larger, Larry has converted an abandoned missile silo into a luxury condo which he foresees as his only chance of survival.
Larry chose a retired Atlas “F” missile base built by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the 1960’s. This site is considered to be one of the strongest man-made structures capable of withstanding a direct nuclear strike. The strength of this structure can be estimated from this fact that the walls were made from epoxy hardened concrete with thickness ranging between 2.5 – 9 feet.
In-order to make it resident friendly, this facility has undergone years of clean-up and monitoring by the Environmental Protection Agency and has been granted a “clean bill of health”. After removing all the missile infrastructure, the site underwent massive renovations to make it ultra-luxurious.
The actual facility is located at a secret location in Kansas which goes some 175 feet under the ground surface. This facility offers two types of residential condos with high-end amenities. The Full-Floor layout offers 1,820 sq. ft. of living space which has been designed to house 6-10 people. While the Half-Floor layout offers approximately 900 sq. ft. of living space designed for 3-5 people to fit in.

It has a three-source water supply and reservoir system that includes a sophisticated purification system insuring clean water for drinking. The facility also has two floors of hydroponic gardens that will provide fresh produce as well as an aquaculture system designed to provide fish for food.
Each residential unit is provisioned with a five-year supply of freeze-dried and dehydrated survival food per person. This is high quality food that has a shelf life of more than 20 years and is stored in special oxygen-free containers. Each residential condo is fully furnished and professionally decorated additionally provided with high-end stainless kitchen appliances, 50-inch LED TV and home automation system with remote off-site access, biometric keyless access and full spectrum LED lighting throughout.
Additional amenities include a medical first aid centre, an Indoor pool & spa, gym and an indoor shooting range, a classroom & library, a bar & game room, a home theatre, general store, walk-in freezer, elevator, security & communication control centre, high-speed fibre optic network, both online and offline Internet and computer communications.
The entire facility has been guarded by military grade security trained for counter-measuring both lethal and nonlethal threats to protect the inmates. Each of the two armoured doors that seal off the complex weighs 16,000 pounds capable of withstanding sizeable explosives.
