The usual set up for board meetings and office work is typically the same. Microsoft, the well-renowned American tech company, realizes this and has over the years come out with products to improve the quality of office related gadgets. The company first released their Surface Hub in 2015 that would serve as a digital meeting board for office meetings but has since then come up with better designs. The latest Surface Hub 2S is one of such products.
This digital whiteboard is everything a boardroom needs to accentuate the feel of a standard meeting room, raising standards beyond anything known before.
The Space Hub 2S is a 50-inch screen that can be used for viewing presentations that are often used in conferences. It features an 8GB of RAM, 8th-gen Intel Core i5 processor, and 128 GB of SSD storage. It can also be used for making video calls to connect with meeting members via the internet among several other uses. To make video calling much more efficient, it has been built with eight different microphones to make communication much better and two speakers along with a subwoofer to achieve improved sound quality.
Although the screen size is not entirely too big, however, its bezel size has been reduced to 15 mm making a larger viewing screen. The resolution quality is also a significant upgrade from its predecessors, providing a fantastic 4k+ resolution. Files can be seemly shared across several devices, so it makes it a lot more convenient to work on projects with the Microsoft Surface Hub 2S.
Microsoft has also designed accessories to complement this digital whiteboard and make office work even more seamless. There is the Surface Hub 2 camera that provides a full view in 4K resolution and a Surface Hub 2 Pen that can be used for precise writing. Also, the Steelcase Roam and the APC Charge Mobile Battery that can help in moving it anywhere and to use it wirelessly without worrying about any cords.
With the Microsoft Surface Hub 2S, the future of office meeting and board conferences will no longer be the same. With the improved quality and sleek design, many business workers are sure to be enamored with this smart digital whiteboard.
The Surface Hub 2S is set to retail at almost $9,000 once it is released. The price point seems higher than its previous versions, but with the vast improvement in all the features, there is not much room left to complain.
The release of this digital wonder is highly anticipated.
