If you find travelling too hard or intensive then these dogs will put you to shame. Twenty-two-year-old canine photographer, Alicja Zmysłowska has captured adventurous dogs against the background of mesmerizing landscapes of Iceland, Norway, and Alaska, in her series “Craving Miracles”. The photographs show the dogs jumping around or playing with the water or simply taking in the majestic views. The spirited animals have filled each and every frame with their unmatched zealous aura in a way that the stillness of these desolated locations does not manage to plunge you into their void and rather leaves you feeling quite fresh.
While explaining the choice of her subject, the Poland-based photographer says, Dogs are [man’s] best friends and each dog is unique with a beautiful, different soul and I try every day to show it in my art. I… wanted to go out from my comfort zone and colorful portraits of dogs which I was used to. Also reaching locations and conditions for photos in which I was taking those photos weren’t that easy as with usual dog photography in local forest or park.”
