Photographer Naohiro Yako takes us on a quick Japan “bullet tour” through his photographs

If you happen to be in Japan without planning too much or without having a tour guide then it is probably for the best. Japan’s incredible Shinkansen rail network will let you have a blast with the “dangan tour”, as Japanese refer to a “bullet tour” that is for a brief period but let’s you explore many places. Don’t think much of an idea? Maybe these amazing photographs taken by travel photographer Naohiro Yako will change your mind. Yako travelled for just 20 hours that took him from Kyoto and Nara in extraordinarily high-speed trains and we must say, he managed to take some truly beautiful shots of Japan in fall.

He visited the all-time favourite tourist spot, Nara park where he captured deer moving about freely on the park grounds covered in red trees. In Kyoto, Yako captured the famous Buddhist temples in the city as well as the glorious gardens that surround them. Check out these photographs right here!
