In the world of urban jungle there are only a handful of buildings that stop us from regretting being away from our natural habitat and Zaha Hadid’s Galaxy SOHO in Beijing is undoubtedly one of such iconic pieces of architecture. The smooth curves of the four-interconnected egg-shaped structures make this building a unique form of architecture.

The extraordinary play of lines and curves is beautifully portrayed by self-taught architectural photographer Andres Gallardo who decided to capture the famous Galaxy SOHO in a variety of different light conditions. The photography is so precise that you would naturally focus on the details that Hadid has incorporated in her design that easily go amiss otherwise and you would undoubtedly become more appreciative of the magical art that Hadid used to practice while designing her work.
